The result of this process is a vetted body of knowledge that verifies professional-level skills to serve a particular constituency (e.g., an association, a company or a targeted group of individuals).
Development of exam items
All questions, or items, on a certification exam are based on the vetted skills objectives developed for your certification program. Our services include technical review of any existing exam items, development of new exam items, beta exam testing and analysis, and management of the psychometric process. We can also arrange and execute the delivery platform for your exam.
Development of supporting content
Supporting content provides training and education for your target audience in your certification program's body of knowledge, with focus on the vetted skills objectives. Our team can review and update your courseware against the skills objectives, or develop new courseware with this focus. Courseware development includes delivery through your LMS.
We can develop supporting content for high-stakes and low-stakes certification programs. Be advised that if you want a high-stakes certification program to be ISO/ANSI certified, complete separation of certification and courseware is required.
