Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Certification Partners. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Certification Partners may terminate this Agreement at any time and without notice, and accordingly deny you access to this website, in Certification Partners's sole discretion for any reason, including your failure to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions of Use contain the entire agreement between you and Certification Partners regarding the use of this site and the information contained on this site. You agree that these Terms and Conditions of Use take effect on your first use of this site, and that they apply to all persons accessing the site from your computer. You agree to regularly review these Terms and Conditions of Use for changes and agree to those changes by continuing to this site. These Terms and Conditions of Use may only be amended as described above, or by a writing signed by you and an authorized official of Certification Partners. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions contained herein will survive termination of your access to and use of this site and the information contained on this site. The arbitrator shall apply the law of the State of Arizona, without reference to rules of conflict of law or statutory rules of arbitration, to the merits of any dispute or claim. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be confirmed, reduced to judgment and entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree that, any provision of applicable law notwithstanding, they will not request, and the arbitrator shall have no authority to award, punitive or exemplary damages against any party. In the event that any arbitration, action or proceeding is brought in connection with these terms and conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys' fees
